J2 Engineering's Racing Rear Trailing Arm is a supple independent rear suspension system for automobiles where each wheel hub is located only by a large, roughly triangular arm that pivots at two points. Viewed from the top, the line formed by the two pivots is somewhere between parallel and perpendicular to the car's longitudinal axis; it is generally parallel to the ground. J2 Engineering's Pillow-Ball Ends Trailing Arms benefit by inducing more direct feelings and stability of the vehicle. The rear-end of BRZ / FR-S tends to be soft due to the conservative soft-rubber bushings that absorb vibration and road noise. The pillow-ball ends allow for a more stable and direct feeling that the performance-oriented driver prefers by eliminating the "soggy" feeling from soft stock bushings. Depending on application our arms are equipped with pillow-ball bushings or hardened rubber for direct suspension feedback. This suspension arms offer ample amounts of adjustability and a superior strength design. Our suspension components provide the perfect solution from a mild to aggressive setup.
